PRICES INCLUDE: 2 housekeepers as well as an on-site handyman, a security night guard, and the servicing of the pool and garden. Also includes gas, electricity, and water.

DAMAGE WARRANTY: A damage warranty deposit of $2500 is also required in case of damage. This deposit will be refunded 5 days after your stay.

EVENTS :

For events such as weddings, productions, etc., the minimum rental is only for 5 days.

In case of an event, an event fee is additional to the rental price. Event fee is to be fixed according to the rental period (from 30 to 40 guests) : US$ 1500, from 41 to 60 : US$ 2500, from 61 to 80 : US$ 3500, from 80 to 100 : US$ 4500, for more than 100 guests, contact us.     

 

PAYMENTS  :

- A 50% down payment at the signature of the contract. 
- The remaining 50% will need to be paid 60 days before the start of your rental period.

- The refundable damage warranty 2.500 US$ is to be paid 15 days before check-in.
