Villa Rosabaya has been built in 2021. This exceptional two story oceanfront villa of 1500 m2 with two suites, a terrace of 300 m2 and a swimming pool sits on a 4000 m2 lot.
The entire villa has 12 ocean front bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, shower, A/C and fan.
The villa sits on a private ocean front property with lush gardens leading to the beachfront. The Private 12 car parking as well as the entire villa is under security surveillance 24/7. A ramp access together with a bedroom allows access for the disabled.

A central kitchen which can be enjoyed with friends and family and a separate chefs kitchen where your chef may prepare your favorite meals.

The villa is situated only steps away from the two most prestigious luxury hotels of Las Terrenas which offer restaurants and full serviced spa facilities.
In walking distance via the beach , a small « feet in the sand » relaxed beach vibe restaurant is a true favorite lunch place.
